Below are answers to some of the questions you might have about purchasing items from my shop. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the contact form!

I ship via USPS first class mail with a tracking number.

Sometimes things don’t work out—I get it. Please keep in mind that I am just one person, not a big operation.

Digital items cannot be returned or exchanged. Live items such as plants and cuttings cannot be returned. Physical items such as trellises, cork pads, and plant stakes can be returned, but you must pay for shipping.

If you want to return an item, please reach out to me first. Reviews are everything to small businesses, and I would love to work with you to make you a happy customer!

No, if you reach a minimum for free shipping or use a coupon code that gives you free shipping, this does not include the shipping cost of returns.

Sorry, I don’t currently offer gift cards.

If you use a coupon and it works, I will honor it. If the coupon is expired, I will not honor it.

Sorry, at this time I offer only U.S. shipping and do not have physical locations.

I will ship your order out within 1 to 2 business days of receiving it. Please use the tracking number I upload upon label creation to check your shipment’s status.

Digital downloads should arrive immediately to the email you provided but may take 30 minutes. Please check your spam flowers.
